As Business Unit Lead, you will be responsible for the further development of our Loyalty Program in the Automotive Aftermarket. You will ensure that KPIs/OKRs are achieved, and that marketing, sales, and technical activities work together optimally to maximize customer benefit and secure business success.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in product or business management
- Strong understanding of tech, marketing, and sales processes
- Developed leadership skills and decision-making competence
- High communication and moderation skills
- Analytical-strategic thinking paired with operational implementation competence
