Job Description
This is an opportunity for a Technical Writer to create documentation for IT products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing, experience with document development lifecycles, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include writing user manuals, training materials, and other technical content. Knowledge of MadCap Flare or MS Word is preferred.
Requirements
- Ensure the quality of software documentation based on technical writing standards.
- Prepare software design specification and other documentation.
- Create multimedia content to communicate functionality and policies.
- Independently execute offshore documentation assignments.
- Knowledge of MadCap Flare or MS Word
- Strong command over English and Arabic language.
- Team player with a willingness to learn new tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
- Grasp technical concepts quickly
