The role will support technical teams, including Hardware and Product Management, with strategic people initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HRBP at a tech company, with a mix of big tech and startup experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial & Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Psychology, Business, etc.)
- 3-5 years of experience supporting technical teams as an HRBP at a tech company, ideally with a mix of both big tech and startup
- Master conflict resoluter: proven expertise in resolving complex interpersonal and team conflicts, using empathy and assertiveness to address issues quickly and effectively
