Job Description
Agile Labs is seeking a VP of Product Engineering to drive the technical strategy for Workforce and Duro Suite, leveraging generative AI and automation to enhance core competencies. The role involves architectural leadership, agile coaching, and promoting a culture of experimentation and user value. The VP will collaborate with product, tech, and security teams to deliver innovative, secure, and reliable solutions for the federal and commercial market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years of fullstack product engineering with at least 5 years leading launch-ready SaaS solutions
- Demonstrated success in building new commercial or government focused products
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP and/or Azure, deploying containerized environments with multiple services
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and/or NodeJs
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience with GenAI services and AIOps frameworks
