Job Description
Agile Actors is seeking a People Development Coordinator to join the People & Culture team. The company focuses on augmenting and empowering technical teams for international and Greek clients, fostering an environment of growth and innovation. This role will involve supporting employees, updating the People Development platform, researching trends, and providing administrative support.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, People Development, L&D, or training
- Degree in psychology, education, HR, or related fields (Master’s a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive and resourceful
- Comfortable with digital tools
