Sales Manager

We're looking for a Sales Manager in the Los Angeles Region of the US to lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets, drive market penetration, uphold company standards, and ensure team effectiveness through strategic leadership, talent development, and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of direct business to business sales management experience
• Advanced Knowledge of targeted territory and understanding of different sectors (Utilities, manufacturing, Building services and construction)
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, strategist, and Analytical
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience
