Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- No experience required, previous experience in lawn care or chemical application preferred
- Obtaining and maintaining applicator license(s) required by applicable state(s)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to complete company-provided training on safety and chemical application practices
