Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain and utilize agronomic terminology
- Ability to learn and utilize CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management tools
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
