AWH Clinic Director - Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Lead a women's health clinic as a Clinic Director (PA-C or NP) with a competitive starting annual compensation of $168,000. Work Monday–Friday with no nights, weekends, or on-call. Empower women through hormone therapy, wellness medicine, and concierge primary care services.

Requirements

• Active PA-C or NP license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (women's health, hormone therapy, weight management, or primary care experience preferred)
• Leadership or management experience in a clinical or outpatient setting (preferred)
• Proficiency in EMR systems, charting, and compliance documentation
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-focused care
