Job Description
AGCO is seeking a Validation Engineer to lead validation activities related to New Product Development Projects. This role involves developing and overseeing validation plans, coordinating testing with laboratory/field teams, and monitoring project progress. The role focuses on the Design Validation Plan (DVP), particularly for Header & Combine Harvester machines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 6 years of experience in new products development validation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of validation principles and agricultural machine design
- Familiarity with machine systems
- Strong organizational and planning skills
