Job Description
AGAT Laboratories is seeking an entry-level Invoicer to support both operational and administrative tasks. The role involves managing invoicing processes, providing administrative support, and providing excellent customer service within a collaborative environment. This position is based in the Calgary Petroleum Testing Laboratory and offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to service excellence.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Previous office and administration work experience is preferred
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in a Windows environment (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks within a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent planning, organization, and decision making skills
- Strong work ethic and professional positive attitude
