Job Description
Affirm is seeking a Vendor Manager to lead performance and transformation across its global BPO vendor network, focusing on driving vendor excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term strategic oversight. The role requires expertise in vendor management, data analysis, and change management, and a strong analytical ability to validate and act on business insights.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in vendor/BPO management, operations, or related fields
- Strong analytical background and the ability to build/run data analysis tools
- Proven ability to drive vendor accountability through scorecards and structured interventions
- Experience managing vendor networks of 2,000+ agents across multiple geographies (preferred)
- Knowledge of compliance-heavy functions (Fraud, Payments, Compliance) (preferred)
