Job Description
Affirm is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Loans Platform team, focused on core loan products. The team is experiencing rapid growth and wants to scale the product to accommodate future expansion and create compelling loans. The role involves working cross-functionally, delivering goals, and supporting growth by launching new features.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale using Python or Kotlin.
- Experience developing highly available distributed systems using technologies like AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in making significant changes in a large code base and creating tools to enable rapid development.
