As a Procurement Manager, you will lead and deliver compliant, end-to-end procurement activity across the Operations (OpEx) pillar, with scope extending into TOTEX-funded and investment-led programmes where required. The role requires strong hands-on procurement delivery capability, deep understanding of regulated procurement frameworks, and experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering hands-on, end-to-end procurement in a regulated environment.
- Strong working knowledge and practical application of UCR 2016 and Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) regulations.
- Demonstrable experience using NEC3/4 contracts, including option selection and commercial mechanisms.
