Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Residential Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support in line with CQC standards and the organisation's values.
Requirements
- Proven experience in domiciliary care and/or residential care for adults with learning disabilities
- Strong leadership experience within adult social care settings
- Deep understanding of CQC frameworks, safeguarding, and compliance
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to quality improvement and professional development
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (with business insurance)
- Must be based locally to Middlesex or within a commutable distance of Uxbridge
