Production Coordinator Shoes (Italian speaking, f/m/d)

As a Production Operations Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth execution of Aeyde’s end-to-end production processes, collaborating with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners. The role involves supporting production planning, tracking product lifecycle milestones, and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality goods, with a particular focus on coordinating with Italian manufacturing partners and managing production data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in fashion production, ideally in shoe production working with italian manufacturers
• Familiarity with ERP/PLM systems and strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical skill
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Italian speaking (native) and fluent in English
• A team player with a hands-on mentality and an eye for detail
• Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and sustainable production
