- Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties
- Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures
- Lead and manage the production planning team
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- Develop and implement production strategies
- Monitor and analyze production data
- Plan and manage inventory levels
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with customer-facing teams
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations
- Mentor and develop planning team members
- Collaboration with Operations and Planners
