The Field Service Representative II (FSR II) reports directly to the Field Services Manager and is tasked with supporting flight demonstrations, customer service visits, business development activities, training events, and monitoring the internal team calendar.
Requirements
- Perform demonstrations and training in support of AV’s product lines
- Coordinate directly with all agencies and customers, internal & external, to plan and coordinate support for flight training and demonstration events
- Assist in leading team to accomplish mission by providing goals to team members
- Maintain extensive knowledge of AV’s products/services and current operational procedures
- Work closely with Export/Trade Compliance
- Represent AV’s products and services as a subject matter expert
- Work with customers to understand CONOPS and shape how AV’s products provide solutions
- Perform CONUS/OCONUS flight and ground demonstrations
- Perform CONUS/OCONUS customer service visits
- Perform Field Operations training events
- Perform FSR deployments CONUS/OCONUS
- Capture critical information for input into after-action reports and lessons learned databases
