Compliance Associate

The Compliance Analyst (Aviation) is responsible for working with the Aviation Compliance Department in the management of Aerotek Aviation, LLC's hiring, reporting and auditing processes.

Requirements

• AA degree or higher preferred/or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of Customer Service experience or office related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment that changes from day to day
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation and follow up skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently
