Requirements

• Excellent Latvian and English language skills
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management with a focus on solving technical problems
• Strong knowledge of RCA principles and how they integrate in daily basics
• Proficiency in technical knowledge to identify technical problems
• Advanced computer skills
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Problem-solving skills and a readiness to take responsibility for work results
• Communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a team
