Job Description
AERMOR is seeking a Quality Control Specialist III to provide technical support and ensure products meet quality and safety standards. This role involves testing, evaluation, and verification of products and processes, utilizing U.S. Navy Navigation equipment and systems. The specialist focuses on troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
Requirements
- Apply engineering and software design/maintenance skills to solve technical problems.
- Ensure that products, services, and processes meet quality and safety standards.
- Perform equipment testing to verify process effectiveness, safety, and compliance.
- Interpret engineering plans and technical drawings.
- Utilize Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) tools to prepare shop drawings.
- Work with material specifications and fabrication methods.
- Expertise in at least three (3) of the following four areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
- Hands-on testing of equipment to ensure safe and effective operation.
