Job Description
AERMOR is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer IV to lead the design, development, testing, and integration of advanced electrical and electronic systems in support of C4ISR and related U.S. Navy Navigation Systems programs.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and test electrical and electronic equipment supporting C4ISR or similar systems.
- Lead system integration efforts including interface design, system architecture definition, and validation of hardware/software components.
- Perform technology analysis and system assessments to support modernization and lifecycle improvements.
- Develop and review system specifications, test and evaluation criteria, and logistics support documentation.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure compliance with design and operational requirements.
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, system drawings, and engineering documentation.
