Job Description
Aeris Partners is seeking highly motivated technology M&A investment banking Associates to join their Boston office starting in 2026. The role offers an exceptional opportunity to develop strategic advisory skills, gain industry knowledge, and participate in all aspects of the M&A process, from client development to closing. Associates will work closely with senior team members, client management teams, and leading technology-focused firms.
Requirements
- Participate in all stages of transaction development and execution.
- Work with the entire Aeris team and develop process deliverables.
- Actively engage with client management teams and stakeholders.
- Develop expertise in relevant technology industry sectors.
- Fluent in English
