Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Estimator with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to join our team at Euless Aero Components, LLC. This role is responsible for analyzing project specifications, preparing cost estimates, and supporting the sales and engineering teams in developing competitive proposals.
Requirements
- Review customer RFQs, drawings, and process specifications to develop cost estimates and sales proposals for aircraft machine parts and assemblies.
- Obtain material and outside vendor processing costs.
- Work closely with production to develop labor hours.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to validate cost assumptions and manufacturing feasibility.
- Prepare quotes consistent with company pricing strategy.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Utilize ERP software and other tools to streamline the estimating process and manage quotes.
