Chemist III – Skin Care Formulations

BeautiSol, LLC is a growing company in the DFW area dedicated to developing and improving innovative skin care solutions. We are seeking a Chemist III to join our formulation and production team, responsible for improving existing skin-focused formulations, developing new products, conducting batch and stability testing, and supporting the transfer of lab processes into production.

Requirements

• Modify, optimize, and troubleshoot existing skin care formulations.
• Support the development of new skin-focused formulations from concept to launch.
• Conduct batch preparation, stability testing, and raw material evaluations.
• Oversee pilot and full-scale production batches, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
• Work with production teams to resolve technical issues and streamline processes.
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of formulations, testing, and process adjustments.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Marketing, Operations, and Regulatory teams.
