Director / Manager Operations - USA (m/f/d)

This role involves developing and implementing turnaround and optimization strategies based on Lean Management principles across the entire value chain. It includes leading leaders, conducting process analyses, establishing a leadership culture, and optimizing production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a pragmatic approach, and leadership qualities.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, technical business administration, or a related field
• Around 5–10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a consulting firm and/or a leading industrial company, with a focus on developing and implementing OpEx projects
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Management methods and experience with Six Sigma, process cost accounting, process performance management, and target costing
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong implementation drive and hands-on attitude
• Strong analytical skills paired with a pragmatic, independent working style and the ability to prioritize effectively
• Leadership qualities and a high degree of initiative
• Embraces a culture of openness and enjoys working in high-performance teams
• Affinity for IT and Industry 4.0
• Excellent communication skills in English and ideally in Spanish
• Willingness to travel to the respective portfolio companies
