Box Office Attendant - Midland Theater

The Box Office Attendant is responsible for assisting patrons with ticket distribution, providing general information, and supporting the Box Office Manager. This is a part-time position that requires excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalency
• 0-2 years Of related work experience
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Experience with cash handling and other payment methods, such as credit cards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience working in events and knowledge of the music industry (preferred)
• Previous experience working on a venue ticketing platform (preferred)
