Job Description
Aecon is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. The role involves executing projects with discipline, transparency, and a strong focus on organizational value.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of project management or project supervisory experience
- Demonstrated success delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies; Scrum Master certification with 3–4 years of experience required
- Working knowledge of PMP practices, SAP, and Business Warehouse (BW)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technologies quickly
