Job Description
Advocates is seeking enthusiastic, motivated team players to provide valuable care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The Direct Support Staff role offers an entry-level position with the opportunity for career advancement and a strong, supportive team environment. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living tasks, medication administration, and community integration.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent interpersonal, judgement, and coaching skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to utilize basic computer applications
- Valid driver's license and vehicle access
