Job Description
Advocates is seeking a Direct Service Worker to support individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges in a residential setting. The role involves supervising daily activities, providing support, role modeling, medication management, and client integration. This position is an entry-level role within the BH Residential division, requiring strong communication and empathy skills.
