Job Description
Advocates is seeking an Adult Companion to assist individuals with developmental disabilities (Autism, Intellectual & Developmental Disability) with non-medical care and supervision. This is a relief position subject to change and requires a commitment to providing a safe and respectful environment. Advocates promotes a work-life balance and offers growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Provide non-medical care, supervision, and socialization to an individual with disabilities.
- Complete light housekeeping tasks.
- Assist with shopping, planning, making appointments, and recreation activities.
- Maintain current progress and service notes.
- Adhere to Advocate’s Human Rights Policy.
