Front Desk Receptionist

Advocate, LLC, a partnership of top doctors in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to greet patients, manage patient records, and provide administrative support. The role involves handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a professional atmosphere for both patients and staff.

Requirements

• Answers incoming telephone calls on a multi-line telephone system.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Transfers calls to the appropriate person and writes messages in accordance with approved telephone procedures.
• Greet patients and visitors as they enter the office.
• Collect and post co-pays and remind patients of past due balances.
• Confirm patient appointments.
• Document and notify Doctor when a patient cancels an appointment.
• Type correspondence and office memos as directed.
• Prepare and provide the Doctor’s patient files.
