Job Description
Adventist Health Columbia Gorge, based in The Dalles, Oregon, provides a wide range of healthcare services in the Columbia River Gorge area. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Master's Degree (preferred)
- Two years' occupational therapy experience (preferred)
- Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
- National Occupational Therapist (NOT) license required
- State Occupational Therapist (OTR) license required
- Completion of comprehensive patient evaluations
- Use of clinical techniques and assessment tools
- Treatment plan development and communication
