We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who is passionate about creating supportive, fair, and engaging workplaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Five to Seven years of progressive HR experience, ideally within the healthcare sector
- Verifiable experience in successful and impactful coaching, advising, and consulting with leaders on organizational issues and employee challenges
