Job Description
Adventist Health is seeking Field RNs, Care Managers, and Home Health personnel to provide personalized in-home care to patients in various locations across California, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington and surrounding areas. This role involves managing patient caseloads, providing patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. They award Home Care Elite awards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current automobile insurance
- Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification
