Field Nurse Practitioner - Lane County, Oregon PRN

Advantmed is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-home wellness risk adjustment assessments for Medicare members in Lane County, Oregon. The role involves thorough physical examinations, body system reviews, and comprehensive risk assessment of members' health and well-being. This is a 1099 (PRN) position offering flexibility and potential for growth within a rapidly expanding firm. The NPs will work with elderly populations in their homes and provide patient health education.

Requirements

• Valid unencumbered NP License for the state where the position is based
• Travel within the assigned job posting county up to 55 miles
• 3+ years patient care experience (primary care/adult/geriatric, EMR preferred)
• Strong ability to work independently
• Bilingual (a plus)
