Requirements
- Engage in discussions with customers to understand their needs, propose potential solutions, and provide suitable solutions to deliver value through Design and Manufacturing Services.
- Work directly with stakeholders to implement project objectives, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to product development, manufacturing, and service programs.
- Support variable aspects of projects, collaborating to monitor and drive timely execution, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project objectives, including assessing resource utilization, maintaining project management systems, and tracking project progress and efficiency.
- Monitor objectives and key results (OKR)/business indicators, identifying performance gaps, and conducting risk assessments to proactively address challenges.
- Ensure compliance with established processes and guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, define, and implement efficiency opportunities for new and existing products.
