Requirements
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the State of Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in speech therapy (home health experience preferred but not required)
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 15–20 visits per week
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality care
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the assigned service area
