Join OneAdvanced as a Network Engineer to provide third-line expertise in routing, switching, firewall, and wireless technologies. Work as part of a shift-based squad to resolve complex network incidents, lead change activities, and maintain network availability for customer environments.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with routing and switching technologies, ideally recent CCNP or equivalent level.
- Strong practical knowledge of firewalls, including Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with wireless technologies and secure access control (e.g. Cisco ISE).
- Experience using monitoring platforms (e.g. LogicMonitor, PRTG) and interpreting performance data.
- Strong understanding of network security principles including segmentation, encryption, and access control.
- Clear understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Confidence in change implementation, with strong awareness of network stability and rollback planning.
- Eligibility for UK Government Security Check (SC) clearance.
