Medical Call Center Representative

We are seeking a compassionate individual to assist with incoming patient phone calls and deliver a high level of service to patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.

• Customer Service Skills
• Attention to detail
• High level of accuracy
• Microsoft Office
• Reliable Transportation
• EMR experience a plus
• Previous medical experience a plus
