NPI Sourcing Specialist

Execute RFQs, Cost & terms analysis and negotiation. Partner with GCM on strategy, and integrate it into an NPI sourcing strategy. Support engineering sample and prototype requirements with suppliers and manage need by dates.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years’ purchasing experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment with exposure to NPI projects
• Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and cost saving achievements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to interact effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
