Requirements

• Provide input to Product Engineering Requirements Specifications (ERS)
• Ensure delivered products meet all aspects of the agreed-upon customer specification
• Own technical assignments, including design and documentation deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
• Provide milestone updates, including schedule impacts, to project teams and management
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude, continually learning and driving product and process improvements
• Apply both hands-on skills and theoretical methods during design and validation
• Lead, mentor, and guide less-senior engineers and engineering technicians
