Job Description
Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead and manage a team of Quality Specialists within the region. The RQM will implement quality methods and protocols, ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to zero-audit practices. The company emphasizes diversity, innovation, and sustainability.
Requirements
- Implement and manage company, AASHTO, ASTM, and CSA quality standards.
- Lead and manage QA labs and Quality Specialists' performance.
- Provide technical support for manufacturing and shipping issues using quality tools like Pareto Analysis and SPC.
- Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
- Conduct Process Capability Studies and collaborate with Plant Leadership Teams.
- Ensure 6S standards are maintained in quality operations.
- Participate in Kaizen Events and implement quality-related daily management.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work safely around plant equipment.
- Must be proficient in MS Office and Minitab.
