Job Description
Seeking Adobe Solution Architect for IT service sector client, requiring experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Target, as well as knowledge of agile methodologies and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Align requirements to Customers approved patterns and socialise these internally and with the requesting business units.
- Solution Analysis and Change: Identify gaps in the existing patterns and provide options for meeting these through enhancements to the existing functionality supported.
- Support implementation teams with understanding solutions and troubleshooting any issues encountered in implementation.
- Support PO / BA role in business Needs Identification: Engages with the business at an early stage to assess and define business needs.
- Support BA / PO in creation of process flows, JIRA user stories, Tealium/ Veeva suggestion/ and tagging BRDs.
- Creation and/or input into Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accuracy of documentation (Confluence).
- Engagement with Global Commercial IT teams to deliver new capabilities and patterns to support evolving business requirements across AZ's application architecture.
