Aduro Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll and Benefits HR Generalist to join their People Operations team. The role involves managing payroll, benefits, and leaves, as well as providing exceptional support to the growing team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in administering payroll and benefits across multiple US states
- Proficient in using HRIS platforms, such as Paylocity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
- Proficient in payroll law and compliance
- Basic understanding of Federal employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and I-9 compliance requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
