Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License (Life & Health)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a health insurance agent (ACA, Medicare, or private plans)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
• Passion for helping others and serving the local community
