Event and Field Marketing Manager

Adonis is seeking an Event and Field Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end execution and project management of Adonis’ full annual events portfolio, including trade shows, field events, and executive programs. The ideal candidate has proven experience in end-to-end event execution and project management, strong background in curating executive experiences, and experience in marketing within Healthcare SaaS, EHR ecosystem, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Hospitals and Health Systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end event execution and project management
• Strong background in curating executive experiences (CXO-level programming, Customer Advisory Boards, VIP events)
• Experience in marketing within Healthcare SaaS, EHR ecosystem, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), or Hospitals and Health Systems
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, measure, and report on event ROI
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-growth environment
