Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale distributed systems using Java and Spring Boot (or equivalent frameworks).
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and performance engineering.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, automation).
- Experience with microservices, API design (REST/gRPC), and data persistence (SQL, NoSQL).
- Exposure to AI/ML systems integration, model serving, or workflow orchestration.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, multi-functional environment.
- Passion for innovation and a desire to shape how Generative AI transforms digital experiences.
