Job Description
The Production Manager oversees manufacturing operations at our Automotive Seating plant in Warren, Michigan, supervising production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to customer specifications.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of 'Just-In-Time' (JIT) manufacturing principles
- Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience, demonstrating a solid background in production processes and team leadership
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (preferred)
