Job Description
The Director Sportswear Footwear Design will lead and establish a team to create the seasonal creative direction of the respective Category, maintaining and nurturing the design, material, and color direction with the Design team.
Requirements
- Develop the seasonal Direction of the Category
- Be at a global forefront of design trends and innovation
- Steer and drive the conceptualization process within the category
- Manage a team toward Category's objectives
- Ensure the correct execution of Corporate Identity guidelines
- Disseminate Design Strategy into category and x-functional teams
- Create professional level presentations of ideas
